Scandic Julia - Turku

Scandic Julia Review: The rooms were quite spacious and peaceful, providing a great environment for relaxation. the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was super friendly, enhancing the overall experience. the hotel's location was ideal, situated right next to the center and the river, with easy access to restaurants, pubs, and shopping. it's conveniently close to major attractions like Turku Cathedral.

Beds were too hard.

The room was tidy and trendy with great breakfast, an unfolded sofa bed, for instance. The property's location was excellent and unbeatable, near of the centrum. Moreover, it was right by the market square and railroad station, walk to many great attractions, and the LIDL shop.

The hotel staff was quite noisy.

This hotel has a fantastic location, just a short 4-6 minute walk from the city center. Plus, it's conveniently close to the ferry port. 🚶‍♂️.

We were lucky to be able to use the only 2 bicycles available from the hotel to tour along the river, the best way to savour the atmosphere.

Considering Turku is the Capital of Culture we had expected the staff to be better informed about what to see and to make suggestions. The staff we met at reception had no idea

Location: the hotel was short walk to good restaurants, shops and attractions, and all tourists spots. The room was well-maintained and recently refurbished and had a pleasant view of city...

This hotel offers comfy beds, a private safe, a minibar, and central heating in the rooms. the location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. It's right in the heart of downtown. Plus, there's an in-house restaurant for dinner. 🍽️.

I liked it was located in the center of the town. The room was also nice.

First, our room was not properly cleaned when we arrived in the first day so they had to give us another one as the cleaning person left. Second of all, the staff is very rigid and not helpful at all.

This nice basic hotel had nice views. We had family room with a private bathroom. Yogurt and eggs were fantastic and excellent, ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC choice for breakfast. It was surely a very nice stay in winter time.

I stayed in a recently refurbished room with great views of the city. I paid around £100, which felt like a good deal given the location-it was really close to restaurants. the service was outstanding, making my stay even better. I felt it was a good value for the price! 😊.

The design of the room was really great and the breakfast included inthe price was just awsome! Best buffet breakfast I have evre had!

The beds were really comfortable and the room had an ironing set and a flat-screen TV, plus the service was great with a restaurant onsite.

Clean bright and comfortable close to city a d transport.

Parking cost 15 euros / night quite expensive and it should tell traveller when they reserve hotel.
